If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return any unwanted items within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for the purchased item(s) until arrival to Kiko Leather.
It is highly recommended that you use a shipping service that provides a tracking number. Once we receive your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund.
If the product you received was defective upon arrival you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
The customer is responsible for the return postage unless the return is due to a defective product on our part and in that case we will provide you a prepaid label via email.
